These terms govern your subscription to jlpascual.com. Your counterparty is José Luis Pascual Irigoyen, a sole trader established at Calle Manuela Malasaña 5, 28004 Madrid, Spain, contactable at info@jlpascual.com. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to him. Full identification details are in the aviso legal.
By subscribing you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not subscribe. If you are subscribing as a consumer — that is, outside any trade or profession — the mandatory consumer protections of Spanish and EU law apply to you in full, and nothing here limits them.
The home page, the coverage list, the track record, the earnings calendar and the free sample report are public and require no subscription.
The price is €39 per month + VAT, or €390 a year + VAT — ten months for twelve — plus VAT. VAT is added at checkout at the rate of the country you are in, and the total you will be charged is shown to you in full before you confirm anything. There are no set-up fees, no hidden charges and no minimum term.
From 7 August 2026 the sale is made through Stripe as merchant of record. For tax purposes Stripe is the seller: it calculates, charges and remits the VAT of your country and issues your invoice. For a buyer in Spain that is 21% (art. 90 Ley 37/1992), so €39 becomes €47.19 and €390 becomes €471.90. For a buyer elsewhere it is that country’s own rate. If you are buying in the course of a business and enter a valid VAT number at checkout, the reverse charge applies and no VAT is added.
This changes who accounts for the tax. It does not change who writes the research or who you deal with about it: the research, the coverage decisions and every obligation in these terms remain ours, as set out in section 1.
We may change the price for future billing periods. If we do, you will be told by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
You have 14 calendar days from the day the contract is concluded to change your mind and get your money back in full, and you do not have to give a reason (art. 104 TRLGDCU).
Before you pay you are asked to agree to one thing, and it matters. Access begins the moment you subscribe, so the checkout will not take your money until you have ticked a box saying two things: that you expressly ask for supply to begin at once (art. 98.8 TRLGDCU), and that you understand you therefore lose the right of withdrawal for the reports already made available to you (art. 103.m TRLGDCU).
In practice: subscribe and read nothing, withdraw within 14 days and you get everything back. Subscribe and read reports, and the right no longer covers what you have already read.
If you would rather keep the full 14 days, do not tick the box. Email us instead and we will start your subscription on day 15 at the same price, with the right intact until then. That option is real; it is not a formality put here to make the box look voluntary.
This has nothing to do with cancelling, which is always free, immediate and needs no reason — see section 4.
How to withdraw. Send an unequivocal statement to info@jlpascual.com before the 14 days are up. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to — an email saying you are withdrawing is enough. Sending it before the deadline is enough; it does not have to be received or acknowledged before then.
What happens then. We refund everything you paid, using the same payment method, within 14 days of receiving your notice, at no cost to you. Your access ends when the refund is issued.
What you must do. On withdrawing you must stop using the reports and must not make them available to anyone else (art. 108.3 TRLGDCU).
(Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.)

This right belongs to consumers — natural persons acting outside a trade, business or profession. It does not apply to a subscription taken for professional or business purposes.
Your subscription is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the reports. You may read them, print them for your own use, quote briefly from them with attribution, and rely on them in your own decisions.
You may not: share your login; publish, forward, post or resell the reports or substantial extracts of them; redistribute them within an organisation on a single subscription; or use them to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine-learning model. Automated scraping of the site is not permitted.
Every report page you open carries your email address as a watermark. If a paid report appears somewhere it should not, the copy identifies the account it came from. This is stated plainly rather than buried, and it is explained in the privacy policy.
Copyright in the reports, the site, the models and the methodology remains with José Luis Pascual. Nothing here transfers any intellectual property right to you.
This is research, not advice. The reports are general, impersonal research, prepared and distributed exclusively to the public. Every subscriber receives the same report.
They are not investment advice and not personal recommendations. Nothing here takes account of your objectives, your financial situation, your tax position, your existing holdings or your risk tolerance — we know none of these things and do not ask. No advisory, fiduciary, portfolio-management or client relationship is created by subscribing.
José Luis Pascual is not registered with the CNMV as an empresa de asesoramiento financiero or as any other investment firm, and provides no service requiring such authorisation. If you want advice on what you personally should do, speak to an authorised adviser. Questions about your own portfolio, holdings or circumstances cannot be answered.
Who produces the research, how it is valued, what the ratings mean and the conflicts of interest are set out in the research disclosures.
The reports are produced by a large language model running a fixed analytical process under our methodology and our responsibility, from public filings, earnings-call transcripts and market data. That process is described on the method section and in the disclosures.
Valuations, fair values, forecasts and scenarios are opinions about an uncertain future, not statements of fact and not guarantees. They can be wrong. Data comes from sources believed reliable but is not independently audited and may contain errors. Past performance — including the published track record — is not a reliable indicator of future results.
We aim to keep the site available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control can interrupt it. If an outage is prolonged and material, tell us and we will extend your subscription accordingly.
You are responsible for your own investment decisions. Buying, holding or selling a security on the basis of a report is your decision alone. Investing involves risk, including the loss of the whole amount invested.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for investment losses arising from use of the research, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.
Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any liability that Spanish consumer law does not permit to be excluded (arts. 82–91 TRLGDCU). If any clause here is found unfair or void, the rest continues to apply.
We may suspend or terminate access, with a refund of any unused paid period, if you share your credentials, redistribute the reports, scrape the site, or attempt to break the access controls. Otherwise, we will give you reasonable notice and a refund of the unused period if we discontinue the service.
These terms may change. Subscribers will be told by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, and may cancel before it does. The version that applies to a dispute is the one in force when the relevant billing period began; superseded versions are available on request.
Complaints first. Email info@jlpascual.com. We answer every complaint, and we answer it ourselves.
Governing law. Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU or EEA country, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence (art. 6 Regulation (EC) 593/2008, Rome I), and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own domicile (arts. 17–19 Regulation (EU) 1215/2012, Brussels I recast).
Out-of-court dispute resolution. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased to operate on 20 July 2025 and Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228; any link to it that you find elsewhere is now dead. In its place:
